Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to FlyArcade, including free gameplay, paid Arcade Pass features, leaderboard participation, and any future database-backed profile or admin features added to the platform.

Platform use
  • You may use FlyArcade for personal, lawful gameplay and score sharing.
  • You must not abuse leaderboards, automate gameplay, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
  • We may remove scores, suspend features, or restrict access if behavior harms the platform or community.
Subscriptions
  • Arcade Pass pricing, features, and promotional offers may change over time.
  • Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store full payment card data ourselves.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled through the payment flow or support process available at the time.
Content and availability

Games, pages, rewards, and leaderboard systems may change, be updated, or be removed as the platform evolves. We aim for high uptime and responsive play, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service on every device or network.

Future platform features

FlyArcade is being built to support deeper profiles, a database layer, moderation tooling, and future admin controls. Additional rules may apply to those features when they launch.
